HP Newquist is an author, musician, museum curator, and artificial intelligence historian. He has written more than thirty books for both children and adults and has written more about artificial intelligence than anyone else on the planet. He has been covering the business of AI for more than four decades, resulting in at least a million words written on artificial intelligence. Newquist put his writing and research into “The Brain Makers,” a book that explores the entire spectrum of artificial intelligence development. It is considered the definitive history of man’s attempt to make thinking machines. He is the curator of the first touring museum exhibition dedicated to AI, titled “Artificial Intelligence: Your Mind & The Machine.”
